3,000 square foot NOC and 8,000 square foot Customer Service with full UPS and generator system.

10,000 square foot project in Boston, Massachusetts.

NEON - Northeast Optic Network — Woburn, MA
4, 000 square foot Data/Communications Room, Video Conference Room and Network Operations Center. Project included dedicated HVAC system, pre-action sprinkler and Inergen systems, electrical distribution including a 65 kva UPS package and a 250kW generator.

FISERV — Braintree, MA
30,000 square foot Data Center with raised floor. Design included Liebert HVAC equipment with 100% redundancy, dry sprinkler system, 500 kva standby generator and a 300 kva UPS System.

Massachusetts Lottery Building — Braintree, MA
15,000 square foot Data Center with raised floor. Design included electrical distribution for new computer system. All existing UPS and generator ratings evaluated to support new loads.

Rhode Island Lottery — Cranston, RI
8,000 square foot Data Center and Support Offices. Design included new HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection. Liebert Units with 50% redundancy utilized in Computer Room, rooftop units for all support spaces. The entire facility is supported with a 250 kva standby generator. A 100 kva UPS System was provided for the main computer equipment.

Navisite — Andover, MA
Completed Schematic and Preliminary design services for a 60,000 square foot Data Center Facility. System design criteria included 7/24 operation with Network Operations Center.

Boston Financial Data Services (BFDS) — Braintree, MA
8,000 square foot raised floor Computer Room. 375 kva UPS System with 600 kW generator backup. Facility provided with raised floor Computer Room HVAC units and FM 200 extinguishing system.
